Refund Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items should be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. This is to allow us to communicate the issue with our supplier and have it resolved for you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims should be submitted within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on the part of Fake Antlers Films or our suppliers will be covered by us at no cost to our customers.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a report to us here.
In the event of any issues, a return label will be provided to you. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our supplier's facility. If this happens, just reach out to us on our Contact Page and we'll work on getting that sent to you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and may incur an additional shipping cost to be reshipped to you. If you miss a delivery that can't be left for you, make sure to reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid any additional fees.
